"Wow, Rewards That Actually Worked"
I used the rewards expecting the usual tiny discount that barely covers a coffee, but surprisingly, they actually saved me some money. Shocking, I know. It was easy enough to use, and I ended up paying less than I expected, so I’m not mad about it

"Pretty reliable quality overall"
I shop from Kroger regularly, and in my experience the quality is usually solid. The produce I get is fresh most of the time, and I’ve had good luck with the meat and dairy too. I also like that the brands I personally stick with tend to be consistent, so I usually know what to expect.
I’m giving it 4 stars because every now and then I’ll get fruit that feels a little too ripe or like it needs to be eaten immediately. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it does happen once in a while. Overall, I’m still happy with what I get from them.

"Helpful, but I wish it were always accurate"
I mostly use kroger.com to check whether my usual groceries are in stock before I head to the store or place a pickup order. Most of the time it’s accurate and saves me from wandering around the aisles for no reason. That said, I do regret trusting it a couple times when it showed something as available, only for it to get swapped out or be missing completely. That can be frustrating. Still, compared to other stores near me, Kroger usually has a good selection listed and it’s easy to search for what I need. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Honestly... the bagging was really good!!"
I ordered from Kroger and, i was kind of surprised by how well everything was bagged!! Like... it sounds like a small thing, but it really stood out to me.
All the cold stuff was together, the bread wasn’t squished at all, and the eggs were tucked in their own spot so nothing cracked!!! They also didn’t cram the bags too full, which I seriously appreciate.

Unloading everything was so much easier because of it... whoever packed my order clearly took a little care, and I have zero complaints!!

"I’ll give credit where it’s due..."
I’ll give credit where it’s due: Kroger was actually really clean today. The floors looked good, the carts weren’t gross for once, and it made the whole shopping trip a lot less annoying. it was nice not having to dodge messes while trying to get groceries.

My driver arrived right on schedule and was really friendly from the start. I especially appreciated how carefully they handled my grocery bags, making sure the eggs and produce weren’t crushed. It was a smooth, easy experience overall.

I use the Kroger digital coupons just about every week, and it has been simple for me. I usually clip them in the app before I go shopping, then they come off automatically at checkout. Every now and then I forget to add one, but that is my fault lol. I have saved a decent amount on groceries lately, so I am happy with it.

"Parking is always easy here"
I like going to this kroger because the parking is just easy. I don’t have to do that unnecessary circling around the lot forever, and I can usually find a spot close to the entrance. Even when it’s a little busy, I’m parked quickly. It makes a quick grocery run a lot less annoying.

"Works pretty much how I expected"
I mostly use the Kroger app for pickup orders and checking coupons, and it’s been good for me. I already felt like Kroger usually makes grocery stuff easier, so this app kind of confirms that for me. It loads fast on my phone, and it barely freezes anymore. Searching for items is simple, and checkout is straightforward enough. Every now and then I have to refresh my cart, which is a little annoying, but since the rest of it works well, I don’t really see it as a big deal

"Pretty fair, just wish the service fee was a bit lower"
I liked that the delivery fee and service charge were shown before I paid, so there weren’t any annoying surprises at checkout. The small service fee still felt a little unnecessary, but at least it was upfront. Overall, the pricing seemed fair and I was happy with the experience.

I end up saving more here than I do at other stores, especially when I remember to use the digital coupons. I kind of blame myself for not paying closer attention to them sooner because they really do make a difference at checkout.

"Pretty impressed with Kroger delivery"
I order from Kroger.com about regularly, and so far the produce has been really fresh. The lettuce hasn’t been wilted, the bananas usually show up around the perfect ripeness, and the meat dates have been good too. it’s been better than I expected for delivery. I haven’t had any weird old stuff tossed in my bags so far.

"Pretty solid Kroger pickup overall"
My kroger order was mostly right this time, I’d say. There was only one swap, and it seemed like a reasonable one, so I can’t really complain too much. Pickup was easy too, which I definitely appreciated. I took off one star because I still kind of prefer getting the exact items I picked, but overall it was a good experience.

I’ve used kroger pickup a handful of times now. Mostly because I don’t always feel like walking the whole store. The substitution thing has actually been really smooth. If something’s out, they text me. I can approve it or say no before I even get there. Last time, they didn’t have my yogurt. Same flavor though, just a bigger size. They swapped it in, no hassle, no awkward checkout moment, nothing like that. Just picked up my order and left. Simple. Saves me time.
